Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom-made items may take 5–7 business days – product pages will specify.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
The following options are available (final rates and estimates are shown at checkout):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – rate 4$ or free over 100$
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.
Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, your destination country may levy customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected by us. Please contact your local customs office for details. If you refuse a package and it is returned, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible for reshipping or refunding. To modify an address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please check with neighbors, your building office, or the local carrier.

If more than 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) have passed since dispatch without delivery, contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Once confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items and some are pre-order/custom, we may split shipments at no extra shipping cost to you.
