Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped also qualify.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at global@songxiangradio.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Cost

Defective / Wrong item – We cover the shipping cost (contact us for a prepaid label).

Size / Preference issue – Buyer pays return shipping.

Exchange – We cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If paid with a gift card, refund will be issued as a new gift card.

If a discount code was used, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid; discount portions are not refundable.

Damages / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
EU / UK Consumers
Under local law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason (excluding custom goods). We fully comply with this statutory period.
